This sauce has a lovely bright green color and adds freshness and zip to almost any Randall Lineback recipe
1 cup Flat parsley leaves
4 Garlic cloves
1 tbsp Red onion diced
½ cup Extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp Red wine vinegar
1 tsp Chopped fresh oregano
Salt & pepper
1) Pulse parsley leaves in a food processor to coarsely chop.
2) Add garlic, onion, oregano, olive oil and vinegar.
3) Add salt and pepper to taste.
4) Coarsely blend but DO NOT PUREE, by pulsing food processor.
